Versace Rémy

Mes recherches s’inscrivent dans une approche incarnée de la cognition pour laquelle le sens du monde ne serait pas une réalité extérieure prédéterminée stockée en mémoire, mais émergerait « ici et maintenant » des interactions qu’entretient le corps avec l’environnement, à travers nos états mentaux (sensations, souvenirs, concepts, émotions).

Mes activités d'enseignement ont été réalisées au sein du cursus de Psychologie mais aussi dans celui de Sciences Cognitives. Nous disposons à Lyon2 depuis 2003 d’un dispositif de formations complet dans le domaine des Sciences Cognitives (de la L1 au doctorat). Mes enseignements concernent donc l'ensemble des ces formations, de la L1 au Master 2. Ils peuvent se regrouper en deux grands axes, d'une part la psychologie cognitive et d'autre part les statistiques et la méthodologie expérimentale. Mes enseignement de psychologie cognitive consistent, en licence, en une présentation des différents domaines d'étude de la cognition, notamment la perception, l'attention, et la mémoire, en essayant de privilégier une approche synthétique du fonctionnement cognitif, dès la 1° année de licence. En master, je présente des travaux beaucoup plus pointus, d'avantage liés à la mémoire. Ces travaux, surtout en master 2, sont mis en lien avec les travaux de mon équipe afin d'illustrer l'approche incarnée de la cognition, dont l'intérêt semble de plus en plus évident pour la communauté scientifique. Enfin, mes enseignements de statistiques et de méthodologie expérimentales Concernent essentiellement la L2 et la L3.

• Membre élu du Conseil de l'Institut (2001-2018).

• 2003-2020 : responsable équipe « Mémoire et Émotion », devenue équipe « Mémoire, Émotion, Action » en janvier 2016 (en moyenne 3 Pr, 2 MCF, 2 chercheurs associés, et 18 doctorants depuis 2014). 
• Direction de 24 thèses dont 22 ont déjà soutenu (1° soutenance en 2000). Parmi ces thèses, 9 sont des co-directions, et 20 ont bénéficié ou bénéficient encore d’une allocation doctorale (12 allocations ministérielles, 1 bourse du Labex CORTEX, 5 bourses Cifre, 1 bourse région Rhône-Alpes, et 1 co-financement de l’Institut National de Recherche sur les Transports et leur Sécurité - ADEME).
